Privacy Policy for Latergram
Latergram (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) is operated by an independent developer.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the
choices you have regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address (for sign-in and account recovery)
- Display name and username (shown to your friends inside the App)
We do not collect your real name, phone number, address, or government ID.
1.2 Content You Create
- Messages you send to friends, including the text content, scheduled
delivery time, and styling choices. Messages are stored on our backend
(Supabase) until both sender and receiver have deleted them.
- Friend connections (which users you are friends with) and invite codes
you generate.
1.3 Purchase Information
If you subscribe to Latergram Premium, we receive a transaction identifier
and subscription status from Apple. We use this to unlock Premium features
on your account. We do not receive your credit card information — all
billing is handled by Apple.
1.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not use third-party analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, no Firebase
Analytics, no Facebook SDK).
- We do not collect device identifiers (IDFA) for advertising.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the core messaging functionality of the App
- Deliver scheduled (“delayed”) messages at the time you chose
- Verify your Premium subscription status
- Communicate with you about account or security issues (rare)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties
for marketing purposes.
